Eminem Worries About Writer's Block

Eminem admits he fears that one day he'll have difficulty writing new lyrics again.
For four years the Love The Way Your Lie rapper struggled to think of new ideas as he battled with his drug addiction and he sometimes worries it could happen again.
"I try to stay recording, because if I don't, I get rusty," says Em as he talked with Rolling Stone. "I'm very paranoid about writer's block - I had it for four years.
"No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't think of s**t. The pills had a lot to do with it. Just wiping out brain cells," continued the rap star, who has been working with Dr. Dre again.
"I don't know if it sounds like I'm making excuses, but the absolute truth is a lot of my memory is gone."
Eminem revealed that he was told he is too white to rap before he became a famous star.

Well I'm glad he stays recording for that reason. Hopefully that means he's stacking an immense amount of material, in case that ever does happen again.

Plus it makes it more likely that he'll hit upon classic shit, being so immersed in it 24/7 and more likely he'll release albums more regularly now.

That's not true as he said he went into rehab half-assed, and eventually had to leave anyway as it was like "being Bugs Bunny" everyone just looking at him.

And he said he got sober by himself, at home. So it wasn't in rehab he actually overcome it.
