2 New Em/Royce songs? Echo & Let Them Talk

Hey, I read this forum a good deal, but never felt like posting til now cuz I wanna get this figured out. Here are the links:

Both are from the same youtube account and have the lyrics in the descriptions. Echo is legit, Let Them Talk has the audio swapped so no song. But I was reading its lyrics, they looked incredibly legit. Plus, i mean, the guy had Echo so IDk. Have any of you heard it? Real?
