Moby: Eminem's album is ''a little Pop for me''

There isn't a single pop song on any Eminem album.

It is possible to combine hip hop and pop. Did anybody say that there are songs on the album that are only pop?

Pure hip hop can't really be defined cus the genre has taken elements from other genres since day one: Jazz, funk, electro, blues, rock etc.

That's true, but in which case it becomes hip-hop with influences of X.

And I don't see any validation of calling any Eminem song on pop influence. He has songs with influence from rock, but not pop.

Pop, in its own right is watered down and broad. It's purposely compromised for the sake of being palatable to as many people of as many demographics as humanely possible. That can't be said of a single Eminem song. So call any song whatever you like; bad, good, cheesy, corny, rock-influenced, this / that - but pop isn't a valid statement about an inch of his material.

anyway, as long as the beat is hip-hop i really don't care about the chorus

Not trying to stick up for him here but he's only telling the truth, it 100% deffo is "a little pop" people can argue he did the same thing with Dido but at no point was Stan ever considered a girls song, LTWYL is the girliest song he's ever made, I know he raps, I know the topic of the song is controversial, but Em had to give the ok on that hook before it came out,

"Just gonna staaaaand there and watch me burn!!!!!!" - doesn't sound like it should be anywhere near an Eminem album, and he must of known that, Recovery IS a little pop, doesn't really matter how you define the word aswell, it has been a VERY popular album if your using the word in that way, and if you consider pop as singy type music (which alot of hip-hop fans do, including myself) then the hooks from Talkin to Myself, LTWYL, 25 to Life, Spacebound and Your Never Over make it that kinda "pop" aswell.
