Kanye isnt that much younger than Em. So the person who said Kanye is early in his career is smoking something. Kanye is 33 and Em is 38. Em is only 4.5 years older.

Eminem is definitely more relevant/popular than Kanye nowadays.

Relevant doesn't equal popular. Eminem has a massive fanbase, he can outsell any rapper alive basically. Kanye is much more relevant, he's a younger MC who still has music to make and potential to fulfill. If Em never made another song, I could accept his career as fulfilled. Kanye is still changing the game, Eminem not so much.

Look at Snoop Dogg. He still makes lots of music, sells fairly well, but he isn't really relevant. Obviously Eminem is more relevant than Snoop Dogg, but he is no longer the one setting the trends like Kanye. There's a new era of rappers now:

Kanye, Drake, Nicki, Cudi, J Cole, Wiz, etc. I'm obviously not saying they are better than Eminem or even close, but they are the faces of hip hop now. Eminem is merely a veteran who can keep up, kinda like Jay-Z.
