No are you a complete idiot? A basic understanding of anything law-related would tell you that's ridiculous. First off, he is merely referencing his label and says "Inc" after it. He also threatens to "blow Em's head out to the south" and actually yells murder a bunch of times. He also says "50 you gonna get shot again". I think a direct threat to shoot someone is worse than spelling out your own record label.

By your logic, I could write the president the following letter and get off free:

Dear Mr. President,

I'm gunna fucking muredr you and raep your wife.
