Lose yourself, the first time I heard this track I knew i was truly listening to a goat rapper
There's people that love me and people that hate me. But it's the evil that made me this backstabbing, deceitful, and shady.

There's been at least 1 song on every album that has made me feel that way

But Till I Collapse I think stands out the most -- just the way he perfectly displays that burning fire inside him, whilst establishing himself as one of the most dominant artists the world has ever seen, and showing how underrated he is at the same time

But like I said, he has so many incredible tracks from all of the different periods of his career
i'm comin in, drivin my short bus
with this nose i don't need a torch up
bustin through, light the industry's porsche up
comin after who didn't support us...
imma change your brain bring
every wicked bit of strange to mainstream

Being too young at the time to purcase his CD's,
I'm basing this on the music videos that were out at that time.

out of:

My Name Is
Guilty Conscience
Stan
The Real Slim Shady
The Way I Am

I'd have to go wiiiiiiiith .... Stan.

Him being able to tell a story to himself, that was genious. :coffee: :worship:

I started to appreciate songs more as I learned about the technical side to rapping. Such as multi's, internals etc.

I think the obvious choice would be Lose Yourself. One of his most complex songs lyrically and it's just an undisputed classic. Beat is dope, lyrics are on point, delivery is excellent. The first few opening bars are fantastic and goes over a lot of people's heads. Not to say this is the most complex lyrics ever wrote lol, but they are very well written.

His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy,
There's vomit on his sweater already, mom's spaghetti,
He's nervous but on the surface he looks calm and ready,
To drop palms, but he keeps on forgetting

It's executed so flawlessly, he doesn't have to force rhymes. It just flows and stays on point.

Check out http://loseyourselflyrics.blogspot.com/. You'll appreciate the song that much more.

Drug Ballad. the song just gets me excited. the lyrics are nuts. its such a crazy party song that gets me amped to do anything. Crazy how he admited that he wrote the song in like 20 minutes. from start to finish the word play, insane imagery and crazy funny lyrics back it a brilliant song. it is my favorite song ever by any artists. i could listen to this song over and over again and never get tired of it.
