No it's not.

It's 29 min long, and a album is actully a EP if it's under 30 min.
I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?

I'd rather have 10 classic songs than 17 (random number, I'm not referencing Recovery) songs, with only about half of them being good and the other half being average to poor...just saying.

I calculated the duration on this EP, and it is actually 37min18sec without the bonus tracks, and 46min07sec with.

Edit: Wikipedia says the boundary between EP and album classification at 25 minutes of length or four tracks (not counting alternative versions of featured songs, if present).
So by definition, BME could actually be called an LP.
