I was watching some old interviews once and counted how many times he said 'you know what i'm saying?' it was like 10 times he also says 'you know?'

Agree with the first part, and on the second, I do that too. When I realize that I'm saying a certain phrase too much, I try to find another way to say it, until I say the new one too much, and then it's back to the first one, and wash, rinse, repeat.
And now I have an excuse to post this.

Well that freestyle is the best actual 'off the dome' freestyle I've ever heard. It's so smooth and consistent and obviously real.

But being high for a real freestyle would often help not hurt. Freestyling is one of the hardest things to do in the brain, but being high off weed or pills or whatever relaxes your brain and social anxiety and all of that, it would often improve your chances of coming up with rhymes.

I know as I've done a lot of drugs and used to sit there with my friend and come up with stupid songs whilst high. And occasionally jokingly freestyle or whatever, and being high just enhances your silly / creative thoughts. Does with me anyway.
