It wasn't on an album, but he purposefully released it on Shade45 to introduce the Relapse concept.

People were stoked about it on TR. It was one of the first decent verses from Em in years. I think it was Kez that said "The lyrics are great, the only problem now is the voice".

Of course, it made sense after Relapse dropped. I mean, as much sense as can be made from an invented accent used to bend words.

Yeah that is true, but I think what dude means is that it didn't make an album cut, or on a EP. It was just an Eminem track. Just because he personally released it on Shade45 in October of 08 doesn't mean that he would necessarily put the song on an album or tape.

Should Despicable haven been on Recovery then?
Fuck top five, bitch, I'm top four
And that includes Biggie and Pac, whore
And I got an Evil Twin
So who the fuck do you think that third and that fourth spot's for?

That's different. I understand what you're saying, cause they are both the same exact execution of a song, but IHAR actually focuses on his personal life and his relapse, and considering his next album after IHAR was called........Relapse, it makes more sense.
