Ballin uncontrollably touchdown

Just listened to ballin uncontrollably and noticed that the first verse is lyrically alike to eminems verse in touch down. Possibly recorded at the same time? Has anyone else noticed the similarities between the two verses?

Yeah, most of his stuff sounded the same in that time period.
