It's obviously the mobot thing, it looks exactly the same. And if the guy used it as part of his victory celebration, maybe Em meant it as sort of a salute to the fans or something.

Yeah it's what Mo Farah and Usain Bolt done at the olympics, it also looks like an "M" so maybe it would make sense for him to use it
But what am I gonna do when the rage is gone and the lights go out in that trailer park?

According to this website: "This Korean hand gesture forms a heart shape. It's called "sarang hae yo", which means "I love you." The gesture has become one of the top poses for photo taking in Thailand. Even this three-year-old girl knows how to do it!
