And that he is keeping it in his vault or somebody else.

You got it all wrong... Game does not even have a vault... he wouldn't even sit on one song.
When Game was recording with EM, he was still on Aftermath so the songs you're talking about are in Dre's vault, and they are way more than just 4-5 but we'll never hear them. I read an interview at the time on Aftermathmusic.com & Game's first single supposed to feat. verses by Dre & EM and Nate supposed to be on the hook but they delayed his album with like 6 months so probably that single was dropped & didn't make the final cut. Well a lotta things changed in those 6 months anyway 'cuz 50 blew up too fast & went through the roof so Game became joint artist on Aftermath/G-Unit & his first 3 singles were all 50's songs.
