now this will take you to listen hard but doesnt the Deja Vu Beat sound alot like the Crack a bttle beat just more suttle and no instruments

If you have to listen soooo hard just to find a little similarity, then no it is not the same beat.

I noticed it too, but I wouldn't go as far to say they're almost indentical or something you know.

It is the same beat. It's intentionally so. It's artistic genius. Em tells us in Deja Vu that the devil in his ear is alcohol cuz he ain't ever had a problem with it--but it turns out that alcohol is the drug that undoes him. Hence Crack a Bottle. There's an intentional artistic connection between these two raps.
