Okay. I just want to clear things up. From my last post you might think I was expecting 3 A.M. as a Call Of Duty-song. NO. I know that type of lyrics/song wouldn't fit. But do you guys remember MW2? He used 'Till I Collapse for that. 'Till I Collapse fits perfect (this song does to, but), Till I Collapse is still dark and angry. This one is just another "go, go, go"-song. We can all agree that Eminem is a true genius. I mean that's why we are here, right? So why didn't he make a genius song? Make a stadium anthem in his own way, like he did with Till i Collapse? Why didn't he come up with something original? I know some of you are going to say that TIC and Survival is in the same vain or same styles, but come on! Please read the lyrics and really listen to the beat. It's not. It really isn't. I hope we'll get something original with the album.
And for the record. People say it NEEDED to sound like this to fit the game. To them I say: Eminem didn't have to make this song. He has turned down offers before because he didn't feel they where his style. he could've just done it with this one to. I know it's a good way to market himself but he has said that he doesn't need the money anymore, he just want to make music for himself. I don't see any other rapper comprimizing their style to fit a videogame.
Got an idea. Go To Sleep would fit perfect also, he could have made something along those lines.. just sayin'
