Depends on the basis for rating. I always look for the delivery, lyrical ability, meaning, and instrumental beats used. For me infinite takes number 1 because every song had a meaning, a classic underground instrumental and ems lyrical ability on that album was insane! Especially Infinite with the long complex words. I also respect that album and the EP more than his older stuff because he was trying so hard as an artist to put that album out and make a name for himself when he had nothing. For his worst I don't think there is one, every album is good in its own right and there is at least a couple of songs on every album.
