Eminem and 50 cent winners at world music awards

Mariah Carey, Gwen Stefani, 50 Cent, Eminem, U2, Destiny's Child and Usher were among the big winners at the 2005 World Music Awards, held Wednesday night at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood. Carey took home three awards, for Best-Selling Pop Female Artist, Best-Selling R&B Artist, and Female Entertainer of the Year; while Em nabbed Best-Selling Pop-Rock Artist and Best-Selling Rap/Hip-Hop Artist. Destiny's Child, who opened the show, claimed several awards, including Best-Selling Pop Group, Best-Selling R&B Group, and the title of the World's Best-Selling Girl Group of All Time. The Killers were bestowed with the honor of Best-Selling New Group, and Carlos Santana was presented with the Legend Award. The show will air September 13 on ABC
