He so didn't want to be on that stage, you could tell. Terrified. But he gave a good speech though. Loved the "WHATUP DETROIT, STAND UP!"

There's a pic of him reading 'how to win friends and influence people' in like... 04 too...

I really think this had a big influence with that, if he did read it a lot...

I have it on audiobook and have listened to it repeatedly for years. It's changed me quite a lot, and it's a very very progressive set of theories and just little changes you make to how you speak and things... the way Em is and speaks pretty much from around then, but especially lately... definitely sounds influenced by that book.
