Multiple writers of Eminem's songs?

I was going through the wiki article of MMLP & Recovery and just happened to notice multiple people have been credited as writers of Eminem's songs, in addition to Eminem himself.

What does this mean? Eminem doesn't completely write his own songs?

Where do these fucks come from? composers write the music, Em does all the rapping.

In hip-hop - producers are referred to as writers.

The lyricists and producers are often listed together; and Em also mixes and co-produces a lot, even adding like little pianos on bridges 'n' shit so is credited with producers.
