Why did Cage think Eminem stole his style?

Because he was an angry white guy doing 'acid rap' with over the top violence etc.

So, he seems to think he originated being white and angry apparently. As if he was the only angst-ridden white guy trying to come up in rap lmao.

He only focused on Em because he was white. Because he certainly didn't originate the style that he had. So why was he not claiming Redman or others stole his shit.

Em and D12 all came about their styles together by just trying to say the wackiest, most insane shit possible and because Em was witty and left-field he stood out and, he also threw a lot of his real-life elements in there. And Cage felt like he 'invented that'.

Or, maybe he's thinking he just stole his style of rapping (as in, tone and flow etc.) but, I heard an interview and he was saying it's the whole thing. But, as we've seen since Em has gone off that style, he's still the same. He just changes the way he presents it. So it's clearly 'him'.

He thought Eminem stole his style of angry white guy rapping about the most fucked up shit possible like EminemBase said. Which is horrorcore & was not exclusive to Cage alone, if anything Esham & Redman influenced him in those aspects. Cage & Eminem sound nothing alike voice/flow/delivery wise.

Yup... and Em still has his accent and voice...

Em is the only white rapper that's ever sounded natural ''talking black'' too, it just sounds like him. And the longevity of the themes and Em's innovation with them through his rhymes I think is proof that's who he is and that it's not a style that he jacked. I think they just both stumbled on similar sounds coincidentally.
