i say no crack a bottle video. Paul just said that it was a screenshot from the CAB video because he didnt want people to know about 3 am at the time.

I have two guesses:
1. They are saving the CAB MV as a "secret weapon" of sorts. Maybe release it the day before or the day the album hits.
2. They decided to not finish/use the MV.
