are they supposed to be on the cd? just bought the cd but no bonus tracks..i heard of the special edition cd that costs like 130 with all those shirts and suvineirs so i guess its on there...any answers where teh bonus tracks are supposed to be???

yea, i'm pretty sure they're strictly a digital thing. though, i guess at amazon there's a limited edition version that cost like sixty bucks which is supposed to have extra tracks
