Unfortunately our order system is going through some major upgrades and we are processing orders manually and your order was not shipped with tracking. We shipped your order via First Class USPS or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the product you ordered. Typically packages are delivered within 3-4 business days for US customers and
4-14 days for international orders (we can never tell how long customs will hold it up so have a little bit of patience - if it does not show up in 2 weeks feel free to drop us a line).
