What was your first Eminem Album

I bought the Slim Shady LP when I was in 6th grade. My parents didn't want me to have it but the guy at the store didn't ask how old I was or anything. Since then I've been buying the albums the day they come out.

My first was MMLP, I listened to EM before on My Name Is, but i hated the song so i never bought the CD then I heard the real slim shady and was like fuck is this the same guy he got better! so that was also my first CD that I ever bought as well cost me like $23 US compared to like $10 now lol

Em's first song I heard was The Real Slim Shady but that was at the time when Encore came out and I got that as my first album. I really liked it actually, couldn't stop listening to it but when I listened to the others I saw the difference.

I heard My Name Is when it came out obviously, thought it was some pop shit, and disregarded it not even checking out the lyrics. Two years later, my mate was playing the MMLP in his car, I heard Stan and Kim, and was immediately stunned and fascinated. Bought the CD, thought it was fuckin brilliant, and then discovered the first album, which I also bought instantly.
