relpase was a 5/5, to me. but the SSLP was original and new so i think the SSLP was better

THis may sound cheesy as fuck, but i judge albums by how much of an addrenaline rush I get from listening to the music. I get goose bumps and shit when listening to the sslp. Even after 10 years I can still feel that shit in my heart. Yeah, relapse is an excellent album, but I would favor sslp over relapse any day. On sslp I can feel everything he is saying cuz I can relate to a lot of what he's saying. On relapse, I cant relate as much. In some of the songs on relapse it doesn't even seem like he's making sense, but just rhyming words. Don't get me wrong, cuz like I said relapse is great. I just think sslp is better.

Relapse may have better "rhyme schemes", but the Slim Shady LP has rhyme schemes that actually mean more.

Relapse can frequently feel like just an exercise in rhyming.

SSLP is originality. Relapse is paying a visit down memory lane. And next in timeline is MMLP so I'm hoping he goes OFF on R2.

so we all agree that SSLP was the best album by Eminem.I kinda agree with u too,as SSLP felt more original and crazy while Relapse was not seemingly connecting with the old fans.But what if Relapse was his first album?
