what if Dre produced all of SSLP

Postby blitches » Oct 10th, '09, 23:38

dre made some classic singles on that album which were all catchy and lyrical, he also mixed classic songs like rock bottom, so what if he just produced the whole album like he did relapse? i think it would have been a bigger debut than get rich or die tryin.

Yeah, but it would change out 50% of the original album, so it would have been a totally different album. Even though I like Dre beats I'm kinda glad he didn't do more SSLP. SSLP sound is unique and stands out from the rest of Em's catalog.

Well, I don't care really what you're like on the inside and I just really want you to come to bed with me. Would you do that if you could? Even if you were just average on the outside (but not fat) I could like you if you sounded smart.

The Dre beats on SSLP kinda sounded like the Bass Brother beats on that album in my opinion.

Dr. Dre's production now-a-days is just to... big. It's filled with big horns, big snares, big piano loops, and big drums. Big synths, big kicks, big vocals, and a big overall sound...

I miss his older shit, but...

(Dre) on that new shit, ****** like how come/
****** want my old shit, buy my old album/
Yo, from the first to the last of it; delivery is passionate/
The whole and not the half of it; vocab and not the math of it/
Projectile that them blasted with; accurate assassin shit/
Me and Kweli close like... Bethlehem and Nazareth/

If he did I probably would listen to I Just Don't Give A Fuck, I'm Shady, Cum On Everyday, and My Fault more cause I can't stand their beàts....I used to hate the Bass Bro.s but then again they did Rock Bottom....one of the best Hip Hop songs of all time so whatever....Dre in some areas would have been better and some for areas would be worse
