I doubt he would use a true freestyle on one of his albums. I bet you what did happen though was that he sat down wrote the song in 5 minutes then got up and recorded so he may have what we call keystyled it.

I think its a partial freestyle..I dont think he wrote it down...like he was just spittin and when ever he wanted to stop or go back an change something he would...he said he did that a lot before Relapse when he was self loathing and shit...Jay and Big did it all the time...if anything it was jus lil chickin scratch rhymes ...the rhyme scheme in puke is not that sick..no pun intended...so I think Em (one of the illest) could easily freestyle that shit....shazzzaam
