The song is a reference to quite literally, white America. As in, the white people of America.

He's basically saying, rappers have been saying what I have been for years and nobody gave a shit but now a white guy comes out and says it - And reaches WHITE AMERICA, suddenly the higher Government start caring.

Because now they're questioning what their young ones are listening too etc.

It's about him reaching white america as an artist and then the selective shitstorm that was put upon him because of it, like it's his fault.
