i'm not trying to defend eminem on this one but just because someone says "gay" doesn't mean they are homophobic. it's widely used in daily speech so he might have just let slip of this word. the same goes to the word "retarded", just because someone says it doesn't automatically mean they are dissing mentally challenged people.
