I think maybe the live shows had something to do with it, i mean, with him doing songs like 3am. Everytime i saw him come on with that, i'd get slowly more and more irritated with the movements and voice, to the point that i can't listen to the song anymore. Maybe he felt that performing it.

There's nothing like performing something to find out what really creatively grabs you, perhaps he realised the horrorcore stuff wasn't his priority.

As far as Wayne, i'll always take opinions as long as they're well thought out. That's ridiculous. For one thing, at no point have I said "Jay's 'Renegade' verses were wack" so don't lump me in with people who've said such things just because I dislike Lil Wayne. I'm not Jay's biggest fan but he's 1,000000000 x better than Wayne and I don't consider him laughable.

Secondly, saying anybody who has an opinion OTHER than a positive one about an artist is just a "hater" is also totally ridiculous. I don't have an obligation to 'hate' Lil Wayne, I don't have any pre-set bias, you think I have the effort for such babyish fucking thinking...

If he impresses me, I'll be impressed, if he makes me cringe, I'll cringe. That treatment applies to all and sundry. I don't have any obligation to hate people for its own sake, that's fucking stupid. So stop using that cop-out just because I think Lil Wayne is garbage - Which I can defend LOGICALLY.

That's the sign that it's not 'blind hate', the fact I can back it up. Also the reason my admiration for Em isn't 'blind love / stanism' because I can also back that up. I look at music / lyricism and life objectively and logically. I don't buy into irrational thinking of any kind, you think if I don't subscribe to irrational mindsets regarding the fucking universe that I'm going to regarding rap music?

Well again, having an opinion about somebody is totally healthy and valid. Positive OR negative. This ridiculous view started by whiney 10 year olds recently that ANY negative viewpoint is "hating" and everybody is as good as each other is just... dumb.

Again, my hate for Lil Wayne is based on nothing but my hate for his music. It is a hate yes but hate of HIS MUSIC. Not an irrational, unbound hate for him as a person forever. If he makes music I like then I'll say I like it. I'm not going to lie to myself, I Gain nothing from it lmao. There's no reason to do that, wtf do I have against him. It's silly.
