And here's another clue: at 9:00--he's quoting lyrics from "6 in the Mornin'" from the D12 World album. So he was writing THAT song as early as 2002 as well.

He doesn't quote lyrics from Encore. He says "The-the-the Doc", which for all we know could've been a nickname he'd been using for Dre for years. Just cos he said it in Encore doesn't mean it was a term specifically coined for that song or that he'd NEVER said it before he wrote Encore.

He isn't quoting "6 in the Morning". He's quoting "The Warning" by Biggie.
