But I hate when they use a old song, just make some mini minor changes and suddently it's their beat

Yeah samples are a completely different story, but My Mom and WTD are both, in a way, Eminem songs produced by Dre.

They were both produced by the same guy...so it's not too abnormal for them to sound kind of alike.
