Eminem's best verses

i've been thinking about this, and having listened to a load of em songs i think that his best verse is from Drop the World (i remember talking about this on TR a while ago). The way it flows and the lyrics are actually pretty good, and are the only reason i give lil wayne any views on youtube. It seems to me that his best verses are from songs that he only does one verse in.. what do you think? Are his best verses form other peoples songs or are they from songs that are entirely his?

That verse is fucking awesome.

His energy is so incredibly infectious. Master Chief said Royce's flow is more exciting than Em's on "Criminal" and I can't grasp how somebody can hear that.

His delivery and structure was so class, way he emphasized shit like "go out and just dive IN IT" like, ending it on IN IT, then ID-EN-TI-FIES the guy IN IT, he used to get the absolute max out of every syllable he spit and his writing on this song is out of this world.

Also, "This puppy's lucky I didn't blast his ass yet" he used to be genuinely funny. Not just smirk-funny or 'yeah that's quite clever'. I forget how funny the things he said were too, as I didn't fully appreciate the humour in lines like that as a kid. Not as much as I do now.

You can tell he's been trying to get back to that. As, before Recovery leaked, some insider who was sharing details said Em figured out how to be funny without being goofy again. And said that's what he was trying to do... and, you can definitely hear his attempts to get back to it on Recovery. "Cold Wind Blows" is basically an attempt at a part II to "Kill You".

He can't seem to fully recapture his wit but, there's always flashes of it.

Anyway, as for the OP... the first verse of "The Way I Am" deserves a mention. The structure to the rhyming is brilliant. As well as his "Bully" verses.

Also, his verse on "Fight Music" is RIGHT up there. Right in the upper-realm of great Eminem verses, as well as his verse on "Revelation". And, one that's rarely mentioned but is fucking awesome is his verse on "Shit Can Happen". The whole breakdown of the 110% part is classic.

Yeah that part is incredible. The following part is delivered / sounds amazing too...

It's so tight and manic. So addictive. Relapse 2 was probably awe-inspiring in terms of rhyme and flow. Such a shame.
