Listened to too much Relapse... although he was obsessed with the song 'go to sleep'
POLICE fear a serial rapist obsessed with rap star Eminem attacked far more than his four confirmed victims.
Detectives suspect some women were too scared of evil Raymond Donnelly to report being attacked.
And, speaking for the first time, two of his victims urged others who have not reported the crime to contact cops now he is finally behind bars for raping four women in 13 years.
Donnelly, 33, a trained lifeguard, sadistically groomed and raped the women in Ayrshire and Glasgow between 1997 and 2010.
Donnelly, 32, even attacked one of them soon after she had given birth.
He is now beginning a 15-year jail term for the attacks. He will also be supervised for eight years after his release.
The victims told how he became obsessed with hip-hop millionaire Eminem because he thought he looked like him.
He even terrorised one of his former victims with hate mail containing lines from the controversial song Go To Sleep Bitch.
All four were in relationships with Donnelly when he raped them. One was five months pregnant.
He met his first victim in 1997 when both were teenagers and terrorised her over the next 15 months in Irvine and Ardrossan in Ayrshire until she managed to escape.
He attacked and raped her even when she was pregnant and also threatened to kill their unborn child.
His second victim, who is from the south side of Glasgow, met Donnelly when she was only 17 in 1999.
After a few weeks, she agreed to set up home with him in Irvine, Ayrshire.
During their four years together, Donnelly forced her head through the metal bars of their headboard, strangled her, kicked and punched her, head butted her, held a knife to her throat and hit her with a baseball bat.
She also lost count of the number of times he raped or sexually assaulted her.
She said: "I am convinced there are more victims because he would not stop at just four women. There are enough gaps between the attacks for him to have raped other women.
"When I met Donnelly, I was homeless and he invited me to live with him. It was the biggest mistake of my life. Donnelly was a control freak who made me feel worthless. He stole my teenage years.
"He used to lock me in the house for several days and would not allow me out on my own.
"I wasn't able to have children and he used to taunt me about that.
"One day I came into the house, there was a brand new cot lying in the front room.
"When I finally left him and moved back to Glasgow in December 2003, he sent me abusive letters and text messages.
"Many of them had lines from the Eminem song Go To Sleep Bitch."
Lyrics from the hateful song include the lines: "Now go to sleep bitch! Why are you still alive? How many times I gotta tell ya, close ya eyes?"
The woman is trying to get on with her life back in Glasgow with a new partner and plans to return to college.
She added: "I would appeal to any other women to come forward if they were abused by Donnelly. I am glad I did.
"When I saw Donnelly being sent down, it was the best day of my life."
In August, 2005, Donnelly met his third victim - also in Glasgow - who was then five months pregnant.
She said:"He got my number through a mutual friend and phoned me out of the blue.
"I wasn't interested but he kept on pestering me with calls and texts even after I told him I was pregnant.
"I eventually agreed to move to Irvine and live with him, I do not know why.
"I was very vulnerable at the time and I thought he would look after and care for me. I could not have been more wrong.
"After a few weeks, he became violent and would attack me 24/7.
"He attacked me when I was pregnant and at knifepoint, and raped me five days after I gave birth. He would pour water over me and then lock me in the room while I was still wet. He would also attack me in front of my son. He been even took my mobile and snapped the sim card to stop me contacting my family.
"Once he hit me for breathing too loudly - another time for reading a book and also for talking too quietly.
"Once I gave a man a row for smoking in front of my baby in the street. Donnelly beat me up when we got home."
After the birth of her son in December 2005, the woman plotted her escape from Donnelly.
She added: "I would take one item of clothing at a time and put it in a bag so he would not notice.
"I did the same with money.
"Eventually, in February 2006, I crept out when he was at the supermarket with a bag full of clothes and some money.
"I got the train from Irvine to Glasgow with my son and phoned my gran and begged her to help me.
"She told me to get a taxi and come straight to her house. At this point, I broke down, knowing I was free.
"I would urge any women who have been abused by Donnelly or any other man to contact the police."
Donnelly was sentenced last week at the High Court in Glasgow following an earlier trial.
He was snared after his fourth terrified victim - who was only 16 when they met - went to the police last summer.
She had suffered a four-year rape ordeal and even had two babies to him.
Officers from the elite Strathclyde Police Domestic Abuse Task Force then managed to trace the brute's three other victims A police spokeswoman said: "We are confident that a full investigation was carried out into Raymond Donnelly.
"But if anyone has information about other offences, then they should come forward in confidence."
