Eminem and Kanye West

Is there any word on what these two think of each other?

I know Eminem mentions him a few times on Recovery and seems to think he's good - but I'm wondering why they've never considered doing a track together? Other than Forever, obviously.

When Forever and the Wayne collabs came out I was sure we'd get a Kanye / Em track eventually.

Could be fucking amazing IMO.

And I don't think he's bad, lyrically. Up to the standards of Eminem? Obviously not, but he's still awesome IMO.

Em seems to think he's dope but I don't know..maybe it's just one of those things he says to please the public. I have a hard time believing he REALLY thinks Wayne is up there as the best. Em's not one to look at sales and say "sales = greatness!"

But idk...I don't like Kanye's beats at all, and his rapping is alright sometimes. I would much rather prefer Em x Tech N9ne.

Kanyes doucheness outside of music has become too much to bare especially when he is boarderline wack now. 808s was a joke, MBDTF was a waste of ten dollars and Jay murked him on WTT. I used to love kanye btw...own all his albums minus 808s.

Kanye's production is awesome but I don't think it'd suit Em.

Kanye's rapping isn't that impressive though. Not at all.

Kanye's production is very different, and..bigger sounding than Em's production. I think one of the things that makes Em better is simpler, lighter sounding beats. Something that is dope that allows you to focus on his lyricism. Look at Relapse, perfect example. Then you have Recovery and some of the beats are all over the place with sounds.

Their styles clash imo. Maybe if Em produced and Ye rapped it'd be good.

I agree with this somewhat, and that was my thinking as to why they had not yet made a track.

But something like the Renegade beat would be awesome for both of them, IMO.

And yeah, a collabo would be awesome(Not with Ye rapping, only producing because he sucks lyrically) . It could be best collabo of all time and i'm not kidding (That's of course if they were both focused and tried to make good music rather than just a collabo).
