How would Eminems life be if Proof never died?

Postby Cupid Stunt » Jun 2nd, '12, 20:35

I'm really happy that he's sober, I don't want him to get back on drugs, I just have been thinking of this for a long time.
Would he still be blonde? Would he still be doing drugs? Would Eminem be dead?

What do you guys think?

It's possible he might have died. If he hadn't died his live performances would certainly be a lot better without Mr Porter, who could only lift the crowd's spirits higher if he pulled out a still living Madeleine McCann from the jaws of a fucking shark.
"Oh, he'll give us what we need.
It may not be what we want."

Right, because on Relapse Em still flowed and rhymed like he did with Proof. And if Proof was still around, maybe Em wouldn't be trying to fit in with Slaughterhouse and Lil Wayne.

Relapse> Some of Encore
Spend Some Time, Mockingbird, Yellow Brick Road> Relapse.

That's about it for me.

Going Through Changes is musically INCREDIBLY mediocre.

God fucking damnit; Some songs from Encore and Some songs from Recovery are both good, but they both have their shit songs (Encore has more though, Be honest).

Now like TRex said, back on topic; TRex, I don't know if Em would've listened though, fair point?

GTC is the best song on Recovery IMO - musically and artistically.

Generic piano/guitar beat with boring drums and an Ozzy sample that doesn't even fit with the beat and kills the tempo every time it comes on? Musically it is incredibly forgettable and mediocre.

Its only redeeming quality is the nice lyrics, and they aren't even great. I skip it whenever I listen to Recover.

Seriously, how can you listen to it and think it's musically great? Get outta here...
