Eminem really should feat Hopsin

Postby scrapig » Sep 20th, '12, 15:57

I have never felt Hopsin... but after reading about him here i checked him up. DAMN he is good. I think Eminem would be STUPID if he dont get Hopsin on his new album. just listen to Hopsin-Nocturnal Rainbows... imagin eminem on that? I thing the ONLY one who can bringup Eminems game is Hopsin.

Thanks for introducing me to Hopsin. I dont post much, but i ckeck out the forum every day.

It has nothing to do with sounding alike. I just find both of them smart lyricist. I bet Eminem will festure Hopsin on his new album. Thats why we havent heard a word about it,he keeps sjit top secret :p

While I don't particularly like Hopsin and I absolutely WOULD NOT like him to feature on any Em tracks [and that's besides the point], he really is kind of a nobody. I remember that Obie uStream earlier this year, someone asked if he would do a collaboration with Hopsin and Obie was like..."Who?" Lol.

Knowmsayin?

To be honest, I'd be pretty pissed if Hopsin was on it.
Here's my story with him: everyone was telling me to check him out--he was apparently 'the next Eminem' , but I slept on him, but then one day I was bored and on youtube and then I was like 'hey- why not check that Hopsin out'. So I did, listened to Kill Her and some other stuff and I was just...I dunno...dissapointed? I dont think he's a bad rapper, I just guess I was expecting more. He's on point as rapper and I hate using that dumb shit like "he's fucking overated" because I guess some people might think he's underated because of the amount of recognition he gets. But when you go on youtube and go on a Hopsin vid, there always talking about Eminem like "he's the next Eminem" or "THE BLACK EMINEM" or even shit like "Hopsin>Eminem". I just dont see it. Can someone please explain it do me. I sound like an ignorant dick but I really wanna get in to the guy...I just cant.

Anyways, I'd be pretty pissed if theres a Hopsin collab and not a Nas, Xzibit, Redman (recently raping 'Off the Wall' ) collab. These tracks should come wayyy before a Hopsin one imo.

A no body that sold 20 thousand copies of Ill Mind Of Hopsin 5 on its first week.
While Obie failed to break 4k with his album.

Yeah...he's a no body :zipped:

On topic: I wouldn't mind it, not a big fan but he can deliver.

20 000
Those are some groundbreaking number right there. But fine, they're both nobodys. ;)

Holy shit, he really sold 20k the first week of Ill Mind 5?

That's pretty impressive. I knew it was a very big song for him, but I didn't know he was pushing that many sales in a week. Being that he's indie, that means he pulled in some decent money from that song. I mean, if we were being very conservative, we'd say he did 10k off that?

Jesus. No wonder he's taking his time with Knock Madness. He's not starving anymore...between Ill Mind 5, his past catalog, and his live shows/merchandise, he's doing fairly well for himself.
