Why do you think Eminem uses the new accent?

In my opinion it's his new slim shady voice. Substituting the old slim shady sound with the new one since encore more then likely because he couldn't pull off the old shady voice these days.

Eminem and Marshall have evolved so why not shady?

The accent shit is what you call the new school "slim shady" like his earlier shit when he sounded really nasal on the slim shady LP. This is him just evolving... Slim Shady raps like that to make the syllables bounce together.

Because he doesnt play safe and trys to sound different on every track.Take an artist like The Game and he is basically the same over every beat.Im not sayin i like his voice on 3am but its definitely not bad and people are over exaggerating it,he sounds like he did in 99 and before.Lyrically he sounds back to his best if he can keep delivering those quality lyrics without a weird voice it will surely shut people up once and for all.

The accent voices are getting repetitive, so I understand why people are annoyed. I think if he tried he could sound like he used to. On the other hand, when I saw him at Anger Management 3 he sounded weird when he was rapping his older songs. His voice is too deep now. If he rapped like he did on "No Apologies" that would be great.
