Hmm...a dunno. Yes, 2Pac is a very popular rapper but I'd say Biggie has become more popular at times because everybody likes to say 2Pac is overrated so they vote for him. One of the only reasons I don't vote for Biggie is because he only released 2 albums so I find it very hard to make a rapper the best one ever basing on 2 albums. I totally agree. I think that they organized the bracket so that Em would be going up against Pac. Personally, I think Em is a better rapper because of his impact. Pac just didn't have enough time unfortunately.
