I don't think Microphone was a single either, at least by May either. I think for awhile it was just The One. I remember the rest of the album leaking early August, cause the album came out August 11th or some shit, and hearing Microphone for the first time.

They must of had that beat way ahead of time obviously but that's hella weird man.

We didn't know that beat was going to be used for another song, because the freestyle was in May and the song didn't leak out until August. So you didn't know it was going to be used for the Slaughterhouse album.
