If the world ends in 2012 as planned definitely #1 but otherwise i dont think he has a top 5 finish in him, maybe top 10

depends on the amount of albums released but i would say top 10 by 2019, however Relapse 2 will get him off to a big start.

I think he'll do Relapse 2, the next D12 album then possibly one more of each.

But he's 37 now. He's not gonna be rapping at 47, he's too self-aware / conscious and he don't want to.

I think he'll quit solo by 40.

But I think Relapse 2 is gonna have a massive impact. Not going on hype, listening to Mr. Porter honestly, I can tell by the way he's describing it and Em's Complex interview, his ambition seems limitless now.

He's top 3 from MMLP alone anyway. But SSLP and TES are also both classics. Three classics in a row. No rapper does that. Only a few have his consistency.

People easily forgot when Encore hit but Relapse has reminded everybody of his wordplay genius and I think Relapse 2 will put his concepts and mindsets back on the map for good.

People have ficcle memories.

To everyone but real eminem fans he's fallen off and just makes goofy/stupid songs now. I'm not saying that's true, but everybody I know thinks that and he needs to get serious. He can have all the witty wordplay he wants but it's wasted if he talks about raping dead bodies.

^ Falling off doesn't mean talking about subject matter you disagree with.

Does he still put energy, craftsmanship and work into his lyrics and flow? Yes, perhaps more than ever now. That's not falling off. He's in no way sold-out, ever, Relapse is anti-commercial and he doesn't make 'goofy' songs.

How is "Stay Wide Awake" goofy. It's about murder yeah but the poetry is incredible.

He said himself Relapse was basically a warm-up album to see if he still had it. Just saying fucked up shit for the sake of it as an exercise for lyricism.

I'm glad Relapse was like it was anyway. What else is he gonna do? Another 20 tracks about how he can't escape fame, how he's a tortured artist and how fucked up life is with slow growly rapping, YAWN.

^Where did I say he fell off?
I just said that he is done with the 'raping' subject, he won't do it anymore.

Yeah "We Made You" was goofy, he was again pressured into finding a clean catchy single though.

But he's always been goofy, it's not like he's just started, that's just one side of him.

I'm in Wales btw, 3am isn't banned in Britain lol.

^ I think that's just because it wasn't that popular.

I know that there was 'issues' about the implied visual violence... Which is just ridiculous.

Whatever, I don't watch my videos on MTV anyway lol. The Internet is the one true, free, ungoverned human resource for everything.

They will no doubt try to slowly govern it more and more but that cannot happen. For all our fucking sakes lmao.

Eminembase stay on topic :swear:

I think that R2 will do well, especially since now records sales for everyone except singers/older musicians go multi-plat. I think if he does 2 solo (cause i don't think D12 sales count  ) along with all the sales from previous albums (which I feel will be around 3-4 million in the next decade) he will be around 10 million, which should get him top 15 at least :y:
