Best beat per album

Postby OMEGA » Feb 8th, '10, 18:43

Title says it all. Explain why too:

SSLP: Rock bottom -- This beat is absolutely and utterly fantastic. I get the chills every time I hear it. I think the best word to describe it is haunting. It complement the sad lyrics extremely well, and is also unlike anything I've heard.

TMMLP: The Way I Am -- One of the best beats Em has produced. I really like the style.

TES: Till I Collapse -- This beat is great because it has a lot of energy. The clapping is awesome.

Encore: Like Toy Soldiers -- Like Rock Bottom, this beat also does an awesome job complementing the emotive lyrics.

Relapse: Stay Wide Awake -- Quite possibly the most memorable beat I can think of. I love how dramatic it sounds, and it does an admirable job in portraying the overall dark tone of the song.

Imo Same Song and Dance is hands down the best beat on Relapse (and refill), though his other albums I can't decide on....

SSLP - Still Dont Give A Fuck: Brilliant fast paced beat.

MMLP -Marshall Mathers: the simple guitar strings at the beginning added with the drums are just b-e-autiful. Favourite out of all of them.

TES - Til I Collapse - Sampling 'We Will Rock You' was genius. I dont think Em is the best producer but this is a great beat - his best

Encore - Like Toy Soldiers - The marching effect of this beat is great. Encore/Curtains Down comes second

Relapse - This is hard one, I love the echoing sound of Stay Wide Awake and the heayness of Underground but I'll go with My Darling just for the chainsaw effect in the beat with it finally revving up at the end. :worship:

Is that the Just Blaze produced one? Not a fan. I prefer Rebuild - one of Dre's best.

It's good just doesn't go with the upbeat lyrics IMO.
