Thought it would come today since the news about Relapse was on a thursday. There's still chance on it being next week but maybe the Dr. Dre single was the big news? (just saying, could be a possibility).

Had R1 last year so a less than a year waiting for a new album isn't then end of the world.

Of course i want to know what this "big news" are, but come on we waited for like 4 years for a new album.. And we got R1 just a year ago.. So it's not that long and I can wait if that will make R2 be even better

I like it being spread out, rather then having 2 albums in one year. Don't get me wrong, 2 Eminem albums in one year is fuckin awesome, but think about it, yeah it sucks cause it's the waiting game, when you're waiting for his next album to get released, coming from R1, but it gives us more Eminem music in a more spread out period of time. & I think the big news is either the Jay-Z/Dre single/Detox news, a R1 first single, or just tour information that we don't already know about (possibly with Slaughterhouse?) . We shall see though, I can't wait, whatever it is.

I hate it when people use that cop out about not gettin an album for 4 years. He didnt announce another album after encore did he. With all the hype surrounding r2, the changes in content, the twitters etc. people are going to complain, im def. one of them. Maybe if some real news would drop we wouldnt be going crazy so much.

Not to mention the man needed a fuckin' break too. On top of that, he was back and forth with Kim, his best friend died, and I would say he suffered a pretty bad drug dependency as well, and not to mention he relapsed with the drug problem as well. He mentioned he didn't take a break since he came into hip hop speaking from a mainstream perspective, which is 7/8 years to be exact.
