I agree with 2. I say one in early-mid May and one in the end of May. I don't want to many songs to be released, i think 2 could hold me over.

you should change topic title to "How Many Singles Would You Like Em To Release before the album?" cuz when I saw your title I thought you asked about TOTAL singles.
I 'd say one in May. Usually it takes month for single to take off. And if the first single took off then releasing another right after that is no t smart. They should milk the first single for what it worth. If the first single bombed then he should release another one immediately of course.

btw I wanna see him release as many singles as possible, the more singles are release, the more successful album will get (if the singles are successful themselves of course). And that will make this era longer than Relapse (which last about .. April to July last year??)

But it was too long, sorry for getting you confused, but yes you are correct when you said "the more singles are release, the more successful album will get".. But when I would buy his album I would like too hear a lot more new songs thats why when I will buy the album I will have a fresh album & not have any songs unheard or that I already listened too. I don't know how else to explain it but I hope you have a feeling in what i'm talking about.
