My first time hearing cinderella man I felt like the beat was very similar, and then with the energy/content being similar it just added to it.

Well there you have it, the drums are the same. The drums are the spine of the beat, and Till I Collapse & Cinderella man have very distinct drum sounds which makes them stand out even more.
