A lot of people on this board could just not ever accept that anything Em has done in the last 5 years could be among his best work. Its the 'nostalgia' thing, which i can understand to a point. If I wasnt open minded i'd probably feel the same.

Because Almost famous isn't on the same level as 'Till I Collapse.

Beat Wise, Flow wise, Hook wise, Lyrically...

TIC is an inspirational pump up song, and AF is mostly battle raps. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate AF but TIC shits all over it.

Pretty much what Alaine said. Personally i love TIC but Recovery has better songs. GTC, AF and Cinderella Man. RCY is on TES's league but it came out a few months ago so people refuse to believe it. IMO people need to hop off MMLP's, TES's , and SSLP's dicks a bit and see the music for what it is...music putting nostalgia aside.

the shouting by itself is bad enough, its when he combines it with the fast flow that it becomes grating after a while.
