When I look around and see Future, YM (don't want to list everybody in that, too fucking long), Big Sean, Kanye (Kanye has fallen off deal with it), Jay ain't killing it, fucking goddamn 2 Chainz and other joke acts, great isn't a word I would use.

I totally agree. I forgot to mention that in my OP above. I agree with Solace that it's easy to not listen to somebody if you dislike their song or music in general, but I disagree with him, and agree with you LEVITIKUZ about hip hop being "great." Hip hop isn't that great right now, I can't name many artists that are different, groundbreaking and great, can you?

I'm by no means upset with this. I hate some of MMLP and TES. And the first single would be the likely culprit. The album won't sound anything like this. I feel like it's going to be very dark.

I totally agree with you about the hip hop part.

As for the latter part, you also called me an idiot, in one way or another I believe, but that's a fair point you made about me as far as the name calling. As for the musician part, you're far off. And that's coming from a guy who hates to toot his own horn. This just motivated me to make my album 10x better than it already was, I wanna prove to you that you couldn't be more wrong/to eat your words boy.

Shouldn't have taken you 10 years and a stranger with differing opinions on the internet to motivate you to make good music.

That has no affect on how good the music is so why does it matter than Ross sells more than Nas?

Plus there is no way that Ross is more known than Nas. Maybe to new comers to hip-hop, but in general Nas is much more popular than Ross...Just not as relevant.
