after about 30 listens LOL it's a decent song. but it's not catchy at all. crack a bottle is more radio friendly than this. I also think relapse will be nothing like this

And i think you missed the point; when i said "identical albums" i meant sounding generic, formulaic, similiar. Not "they all make the same ones with the same voice"

I have absolutely no idea what to think of this song...

To tell you the truth i thought Em's flow and rhymes were on point (lots of ill multi-syllables, couple of funny lines, good to hear drug references) and his voice didn't bother me at all, it actually sounded pretty normal to me. The beat and hook are wack. I dont see why Em couldnt have done his own hook and Dre's beat just sounds recycled and candy-coated - not feeling that at all.

This song whips Just Lose It, but still i don't think it can match up to My Name Is, The Real Slim Shady or Without Me so overall i'd have to say its...ok. The video is quite funny and enjoyable and since it seems like Em is sticking to that same winning formula of having a typically pop/radio friendly/celebrity bashing type song as his first single I'm actually cool with it. Definitely a disappointment (its been 4 fuckin years)) but then again what else was to be expected?

I havent lost hope for Relapse, I'm still looking very forward to it, especially that second single which according to Shady's formula should be extremely ill.

Because this is normal for Eminem.

This isn't some radical change, a pop single has always come first with him. People are just pissed off because it's been so long.
