What he and his label should do I think is to leak the album out, stream it themselves...this backlash is really damaging when you consider he will release his album just one week after...they need the other 16 tracks to make up for the negativity

Nahh, this song is all about sales... I doubt Em became a fan of these kind of choruses... this could be easily a Britney Spears song for god's sake (if you take out the verses). I wouldn't mind a single like that which aims to increase sales if the rest of the songs are really good, like Rap God, maybe even better... we'll see. And don't get me wrong, I'm gonna bump this song for a while, like I did with LTWYL back in 2010. It's a just a great song for what it is - a massive radio hit. But it's a bad Eminem song.

Of course Em did this just for money... Do you think he did it for respect or for the sakes of Hip-Hop? lol

The beat is Tom & Jerry.... Rihanna sings Yo-lo-lo-lo-yee-whoo all over the place & Em raps about throwing Rumpelstiltskin in a hay stack.

Just got home from college and listened to it for the first time and I don't feel like playing it again

Hook is disgusting and so is the beat
Em apparently had a dope concept for this one but the song got raped by Interscope
Fortunatly, all of the song titles seems dark enough and the album should be great, but The Monster is being skipped, I can promise you that

Remember Me is fucking dope. Under The Influence is the worst song on the album imo but still shits on Monster.

True that... we knew he was gonna have this kinda record too... or even two of this kind. It's 2013 after all... I expect it to sell too.
If the majority of the songs are on some Rap God ish I won't mind those couple of records at all...

Rap God only amplifies how terrible this song is!

I love Rap God because that's how I imagined this album was going to sound like.

As long as there's a few more such gems, it will be alright, but Em is capable of so much more than this pish.

Overall it's a solid song. Verses with content and a decent hook. I mean obviously it wasn't going to be a track like The Way I Am and yeah the beat is a little too pop but I mean that's the point it was obviously aimed at radio. You would think a track called The Monster would be a little dark though rather than almost uplifting.
