i think it's 1) like you and Menzo said it's not a famous woman (we're not counting Mrs. Doubtfire here) and 2) because everyone knows that Robin Williams would have laughed right along with the rest of us at those lines. He, unlike people like tumblr feminazis and the two Azaleas, actually had a brain and understood what's real life and what's a funny made-up situation.
