I thought he was taken off the hook? Isn't that what Skylar Grey is for? Lol. There is a snippet of his hook tho, was pretty good.

I don't think I ever heard Em's hook, could you give me a link?

I think it was confirmed that this was an earlier version of the song.

Like this is some new shit or something? THIS IS WHO EMINEM IS. HE RAPS ABOUT EVERYTHING: His life, his (ex)wife, his kids, his nuts, his dick, his love for hip hop, his hate for sluts, his serial killer alter ego, A fuckin whopper from BK. Eminem is a comedic versatile WHITE TRASH rapper. It's what he's known best for.

I'm soooooooooooooooo glad em doesn't make all "deep" tracks and that he actually makes very few. Because 1 - I don't have a vagina and I like to hear more comedic and upbeat songs most of the time, like the rest of the world that's not hiding on the internet whining about more deep songs.
2 - It makes them that much better when he does actually nail a good deep song. Because, if he put out more than a couple an album, it would just get old and they wouldn't mean shit and half the people would be bitching in reverse about how he needs to make less deep tracks.

Name any Em album and you can break down at least half the album to being about comedy involving his dick, bitches and serial killing. It's not a new phase...

I agree with some others have said on here. If you don't like this about Em then you really only like a small portion of his music and should probably stop following him.

It's Ok, Tonite, Jealousy Woes, Never 2 Far, Searchin, Backstabber, Rock Bottom, If I Had, Murder Murder, 97 Bonnie & Clyde, The Way I Am, Marshall Mathers, Stan, Who Knew, Cleaning Out My Closet, Hailies Song, Say Goodbye To Hollywood, Superman, Soldier, Square Dance, White America, When The Music Stops, Till I Collapse, Sing For The Moment, Drips, Like Toy Soldiers, Mockingbird, Yellow Brick Road, Mosh, Spend Some Time, Crazy In Love, We As Americans, Ricky Ticky Tock, Never Enough, Beautiful, Be Careful What You Wish For, Deja Vu, My Darling, Not Afraid, Seduction, Cold Wind Blows, Cinderella Man, Spacebound, 25 To Life, You're Never Over, Talkin To Myself, Going Through Changes, Almost Famous, Lose Yourself, Rabbit Run, 8 Mile Road, Love Me, No Apologies, Public Enemy Number 1, Difficult, When Cocaine, I'm Gone

More than 50% of his catalouge.

Not even close. Not counting skits (which are all comedy)

Infinite = 11 songs
SSLP = 19 songs
MMLP = 17 songs
TES = 16 songs
8 Mile = 5 songs
Encore = 20 songs
Curtain Call = 3 songs
Relapse+Refill = 25 songs
Recovery = 17 songs
totals = 133

57 emotional of 133 = 43%

You said 50 are deep (it's 57 and let me say some of those were a hell of a reach). This list is also NOT including songs that were cut from the albums and thrown on soundtracks or compilations or unreleased and it still equals 57% NOT deep songs that made the albums.

I stick with my original statement that MORE than half of his music catalog is NOT deep songs. Throw in D12 and guest appearances an you're probably talking around 80% of his music. There's some math from a guy who can count really well. :wave:

How does a snippet of a hook create a nine page thread?

Didn't count skits or features. Left out the songs featuring him from 8 Mile and left out all skits. included all bonus tracks from albums since quite a few in your posts are bonus tracks...

If you're trying to say no one else can be on the songs than quite a few of the ones you listed have people singing background hooks and vocals and need removed as well. You can't pick and choose to try to win the arguement.

Let's just talk about Throw That.

I said solo song the songs on 8 Mile i listed are Em's solo 1s on there. Square Dance is Political, Ricky Ticky Toc is addressing some of his struggles the whole tone of that song was emotional, Who Knew is about his influence as a role model.

I said Eminem solo songs man songs counted as his own wether they have a feature on them is irrelevant as long as they are from his albums.

8 mile:
Eminem - Lose Yourself
Eminem Obie Trice 50 Cent - Love Me
Eminem - 8 Mile
Eminem - Rabbit Run
Eminem - Stimulate

Even if you take the one song which features someone else on there to try to stretch a technicality it still takes 1 song off the list. You are an idiot and I'm done with this. you're wrong. can't waste any more time on you. done.

I think it's silly this argument cos Eminem said that Proof came up with an idea that every D12 member have a crazy alter ego. Eminem came up with Slim Shady when Proof suggested this, originally Eminem wasn't suppose to be in D12 he replaced Bugz. People are always going to have diffrent taste in style what they particularly enjoy from him, type of other artists they like. Moral of the story is there is alot of music from both his styles. These arguments are something i am sure Eminem in 2012 hoped his fans would stop arguing about.
